"There is nothing nobler or more admirable than when two people who see eye to eye keep house as man and wife, confounding their enemies and delighting their friends." - Homer

We are holding our reception at the Somerset County Cricket Club, in the Colin Atkinson Pavilion (the Clock Stand).  It is but a short walk from the Church and there is parking provided.  We plan on starting the Wedding Breakfast at 16:30, and the evening entertainment will start at 19:30.  We are having an awesome band (called Funkty Dumpty - http://www.funktydumpty.com/), and will be providing a buffet.

Directions:

From the Church:  Turn right out of the main entrance to the Church, down a little alley that will take you on to Middle Street.  Walk straight on until you get to Canon Street (at "Tyres and Exhausts 'R' Us"), turn left, and walk down towards the roundabout. The south entrance to the Cricket Ground is opposite you.  Walk through the ground (preferably round the pitch, please) until you get to the big shiny white stand with the clock on it.  There will be someone to direct you from here.

Driving:  From the M5, take exit 25, along the A358 (A38) into Taunton.  At the traffic lights, head straight over on to Priory Avenue. From here we recommend that you park at the Cricket Ground, and therefore take the second exit at the second roundabout on to Priory Bridge Road, which will lead you up to a small entrance to the cricket ground on your left.  If you are going to park at the Cricket Ground, please use the parking permit included with the invitation (or click here to print off a copy).

Via train:  Taunton Station is a fairly major hub in the South West, so there should be a decent train service from wherever you are.  Londoners can catch a train from Paddington.  The station's a very short cab ride or a 5 - 10 minute walk to the Cricket Club, depending on the size of your stilletos.
